The Zwift Group Workout is a Zwift club ride open to all RLSCC members during which we ride a workout and have a chat over on Discord.

During the group workout sessions, we follow one of Zwift interval training session together as a group. During these sessions, participants are able to chat to each other over the Discord channel (usually during the recovery intervals).
A different workout is selected each week but is typically around one hour long. All information about the selected workout will be announced a few days in advance on the RLSCC WhatsApp Community Zwift Group and the RLSCC Discord channel.
It would be great if you could add "(RLSCC)" to your Zwift username. This makes it nice and easy for other members to find you on Zwift and on the sessions.
